Restricted Actions:

3. Professional Reliability

We maintain the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our intelligence reports or website accessibility at our discretion to maintain the integrity of our analytical standards.
4. Limitation of Liability
In no event will Indus Insight Labs, or its suppliers or licensors, be liable with respect to any subject matter of this agreement under any contract, negligence, strict liability or other legal or equitable theory for: (i) any special, incidental or consequential damages; (ii) the cost of procurement for substitute products or services; or (iii) for interruption of use or loss or corruption of data.
5. External Intelligence Sources
We may link to third-party research or industry news. We have not reviewed, and cannot review, all of the material made available through the websites and webpages to which we link. Indus Insight Labs does not represent or imply that it endorses the material there posted. You are responsible for taking precautions as necessary to protect yourself and your computer systems.
6. Jurisdiction
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in Karachi, Pakistan. Any legal action or proceeding related to your access to, or use of, the site shall be instituted in a state or federal court in the local jurisdiction of our headquarters.
